I'm a student at the University of Lethbridge looking for two roommates to move into the other two bedrooms in a three bedroom apartment at 405 Columbia Blvd. Apartment has 1 full bathroom, living room, kitchen (dishwasher, stove and fridge), balcony and in-suite washer and dryer. One year lease commitment. Rooms available May 1, 2018.
Total rent is $935/month - $311.67 each (3 people), $467.50 each (2 people) plus electricity and internet. Electricity usually run $65 a month, so a little over $20 split three ways, ~$30 split 2 ways.
Bedrooms for rent are unfurnished. Main areas are mostly furnished; however, if you have extra stuff for the main area, I may have some space, just let me know. No pets and no smoking.
20 min walk to groceries, 15 min walk to university, 10 min walk to strip mall that includes Shoppers Drug Mart, restaurants, fast food and a health clinic, as well as convenient bus stops.
One parking space available, no extra charge.
